Husband and wife Josh and Iris have a passion for food. They believe that each person should feel like a family member and the food they serve taste like your favorite uncle and auntie just made your meal from scratch.
"Cooking for our large family was a great way to connect the young and older generation. A labor of love goes into every piece of food that leaves our kitchen. The tables and counters were hand cut and vanished by me and my wife. Wanting to present our fusion style and homemade take on food ultimately led to the conception of our first restaurant Okashi Fusion. We welcomed our newest shop just walking distance from the original. Look closely you may see Josh or Iris working at either locations. Come in and say hello and being the Aloha spirit with you. It's the Hawaiian Way!"
Our bakers start work before the sun rises each day to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible before it gets to you. If you come at the right time, you can grab some donuts fresh out the fryer, still warm to the touch. We're dedicated to kickstarting your morning with hand cranked and hand glazed mochi donuts.
If you're passionate about satisfying a sweet tooth or creating something delicious for any occasion, we want you!
